Tundra Extended Warranty

  1. MEMBERSHIP COSTS: Water Softener $400 per year, Any system with Reverse Osmosis $500 per year.

  3. Tundra Extended Warranty is crafted to keep your water system in optimal condition, ensuring clean and safe water for your home. With Tundra Extended Warranty, you can relax knowing your system will be professionally cleaned, serviced, and maintained quarterly. Our Tundra Water Expert will handle regular check-ups to ensure everything operates efficiently, including all salt, filters, parts, and labor throughout your membership. 
  4. With low annual payments and no hidden charges, enjoying top-quality water has never been simpler.
  5. How It Works: We will setup quarterly scheduled maintenance for your Tundra Water System where every 3 months our trained technicians will come out and maintain your system. During the visit the technician will change the filters, fill the brine tank up with salt to the appropriate levels, and check to make sure all settings for the valve are accurate and make any necessary adjustments at that time. For reverse osmosis our technicians will change the filters under sink once per year as recommended by the manufacturer. For brine tanks our technicians will clean them out once per year. 
  6. The Tundra Extended Warranty program is open to both new and existing customers. To maintain your membership, payments must be up to date, and we collect the money 1 month prior to the membership ending. Non-payment will lead to the removal from the program. Having the Tundra Extended Warranty program keeps the warranty and also gives homeowners peace of mind that their systems are running at peak performance.
  7. We will send out a message 3 days prior to coming out to service the equipment please respond in a timely manner prior to us coming out to let us know if you will not be available (this is for homeowners that have garaged systems, under sink reverse osmosis, and systems that are outside with fences that have locked gates). 
  8.  One of the greatest benefits of Tundra Extended Warranty is the comprehensive, hassle-free Lifetime Warranty it provides. Enrollment in the Tundra program offers peace of mind, ensuring that if any issues arise with your system during its lifetime, it will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. To qualify for the Lifetime Warranty, enrollment into the Tundra Extended Warranty must be completed within the first year of initial purchase.
